Your ‘day to day’ Ensure distribution strategy implementation in the assigned Distributors (EZD), providing advice and supervision on category management and sales plan. Propose, promote and implement initiatives to improve opportunity areas detected in business management that contribute to increase the distribution, volume, profitability or operational efficiency of the EZD. Who we’re looking for • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or related career. • 3 years of experience in sales, trade, marketing, commercial intelligence areas, consumer goods/multinational companies. Experience managing different sales channels: KA, GT, among others. • Experience managing more than one type of product portfolio. • Strong stakeholder management skills. • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills • Own car with valid driver's license • English level: intermediate/advanced. • Microsoft Office (Advanced) What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
