You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your ‘day to day’ You will identify opportunities to drive down the costs of holding spare parts and decrease turnover. You will work with Engineering Managers on related solutions and actions and coordinate spare parts analysis and reporting at the cluster level to track progress. You will lead Spare Parts Marikina and Batangas team on the day-to-day warehouse operations. Your responsibilities include: • Monitoring of all operational activities in Spare parts warehouses in an effective and efficient manner. • Support and monitor execution of all operational activities (receiving, storing, issuing, returning, disposal, etc.) following PMI Warehouse Operations Standards while ensuring all material movements are in line with government and company policies and well documented in both SAP and hard files. • Ensure physical inventory accuracy, SAP transactions and BUBD of materials. • Monitor Third Party Logistics activities and the agreed key performance indicators. • Facilitate NCR (non-conformity report) and CAPAIA (corrective action, preventive action, immediate action) process relating to the performance of the TPL including charge back process. • Monitor indoor logistics activities and transfers from off-site to on-site warehouse and vice versa. • Initiate, support and implement warehouse improvement ideas using the OPEN platform and tools. • Proactively coordinate maintenance activities in the warehouse to ensure availability of tools, infrastructure repair, safety equipment, etc. to support warehouse activities. You will increase awareness of team members to compliance with the standards, rules and regulations. Who we are looking for: You have at least a bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or related courses). You have 3-5 years of experience working in a Warehouse or Production operation department. You have an experience in managing 3PL. Preferably with working knowledge in SAP and Microsoft applications and implementation in warehouse environment. You must also be amenable to work in shifting schedules in our Batangas Plant.
