The Digital Consumer Engagement Products portfolio plays a critical role in delivering PMI’s Smoke-Free Future. We are enabling digital services to our consumers and retailers by building platforms to communicate our vision to broader society. Together with talent from multiple business and technology functions across our footprint, we are delivering a premium experience for our consumers. When you join this team, you will work in a dynamic, diverse, and warm environment. You will primarily focus on defining your Digital Product vision, regularly engaging with your customers to gather feedback and understand their needs to enhance value. You will be exposed to all stages of Digital Product incremental value delivery. For our Digital Consumer Engagement Products team in London, Lisbon and Krakow we are therefore looking for a Design Lead. As a Design Lead you will be responsible for the design of a Digital Product within Product Lifecycle domain. You will work with Product Owner to understand the Acceptance Criteria and with development team to iteratively refine the design and finally, to deliver value to the customer. Your day-to-day Guarding the strategy and customer needs • Collaborating with technology, product, and business teams to uncover customer and business needs — then translating them into intuitive and engaging digital experiences. • Translating complex ideas into understandable concepts that evolve and enhance the product experience. • Advocating for the customer through human-centred design methods, including discovery, research sketch sessions, and user testing. • Championing prioritization of design centred product enhancements grounded in research and analysis. • Working with partners and teams across various geographies. • Embracing and advocating for an experience mindset. Discovering & Delivering • Supporting early product definition by working with partners to facilitate discovery sessions that uncover customer struggles and opportunities. • Demonstrating familiarity with design tools to deliver concepts and enable successful collaboration across teams. • Driving end-to-end product design by: • Working with researchers to understand customer needs and define opportunities through usability and empathy studies. • Framing problems, defining insights, and designing new methodologies/practices to serve customer needs. • Creating process and user flows (BPMN), wireframes, journey maps, and interaction models, resulting in low to high fidelity prototypes. • Planning and facilitating workshops with internal and external stakeholders to align with business needs. • Designing within existing — and creating new — standards to contribute to our internal design system, best practices, and guidelines. • Storytelling and presenting visual concepts to various partners. • Creating high fidelity design assets for acceptance, development, and delivery to markets. We’re looking for someone with: • At least 5 years of experience with business analysis • Healthy combination of challenging approach and curiosity. • Previous experience in the domain of digital services supporting electronic goods. • Knowledge of databases cloud solutions like AWS, Linode etc. • Advanced knowledge of business process modelling notation (BPMN). • Experience in using Jira/Confluence tools. • Experience designing for cross channel experiences • Comfortable working with a variety of business partners and delivering outcomes • Familiarity with design and prototyping tools like Camunda, Signavio etc. • Familiarity with working in an established design system • Experience being part of a cross-functional team • Experience working in Agile Product Teams What we offer: Our success depends on the people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
