Business analyst The main goal of the department is to plan a strategy for the development of a portfolio of cigarettes and retain / attract LAU, taking into account the geo-specificity of the territory. === YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ === Formulate portfolio development strategy (direction CC, LAU); - Analyze of competitors' work; - Analyze of other categories in the market; Analyze of general trends in consumer behavior; Monitor the macroeconomic situation in the market; Analyze of the legal framework; Analyze of changes in key mechanics and tools within the company; Monitor the situation on the territory (understanding the specifics of FO); Prepare presentations; Analyze the dynamics of sales; Exchange of information between divisions at headquarters and regions; Participation in projects. === WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR? === Higher education in Economics, Business Informatics or Applied Informatics and Mathematics; Fluent Russian and English; 1-2 years of experience Planning, Sales in international company; Advanced MS Office user; SQL - advanced user; DAX, MDX - knowledge will be a plus; Excellent analytical skills (ability to get data, structure, determine relationships, draw conclusions, put forward hypotheses, build mathematical models); Understanding the principles of data analysis systems (BI-systems); Skills of working with BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI); Soft skills: Communication skills with different level of positions; Planning; Focus on results; Determination of priorities; Solution of problems; Quality of decision making; A broad outlook on things; Organizational skills; Entrepreneurial spirit; Dealing with uncertainties; Customer focus. === WHAT WE OFFER? === Encouraging and motivating corporate culture; Competitive salary; Life insurance, voluntary medical insurance; Trainings; Meal allowance.
