Are you the one? ABOUT THE CENTER OF EXCELLENCE PMI established a Finance Center of Excellence in Portugal, focused on Enterprise Performance Management – Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting. The goal of such CoE is to support PMI Affiliates worldwide by developing an efficient, effective, capable and engaged organization with capabilities to collect, analyze and deliver information for fast, data-driven decision-making. As part of this Team you'll work with a very dynamic, multicultural and challenging group. You will contribute to all internal initiatives, collaborating closely with both internal and external partners supporting PMI affiliates with new analytics solutions. You’ll be challenged to contribute with innovative ideas and work closely not only with your team, but the entire organization YOUR DAY-TO-DAY As a Finance Systems Governance Analyst, you will: • Embark on a global Finance Transformation Program that is reshaping the way we work in Finance • Be part of a Global, diverse and multinational Team • Drive technological changes based on Business needs • Help bridge the gap between Finance and IT, by bringing along functional and technical knowledge to finance transformation and digitalization projects • Drive and participate in Finance technology-related projects and contribute to deliver the expected business value • Capture, assess and prioritize Business demand and requirements, with cost-benefit analysis • Act as an advocate of process efficiency and standardization • Coordinate overall impact assessments in our Finance Applications and Data ecosystem • Collaborate with IT to deliver changes using Agile-based frameworks such as SCRUM • Lead change management activities to increase adoption and ensure smooth handover of changes WE’RE LOOKING FOR: • An energetic, driven professional who is eager to work in a multinational and multicultural Team, communicating with worldwide Stakeholders • Degree in Information Management; Information Technologies; Statistics and Econometrics; Business Analytics; Data Science; Computer Science; Finance and Business Management or similar; • Minimum 3 years of validated experience; • Strong communication skills: good ability to articulate and translate into action, technical and operational subjects; • Strong conceptual thinking and technology driven; • We value the following past experience: o Working in global teams; o Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) or Corporate Performance Management (CPM) applications; o Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting processes; o Finance accounting; o Management reporting; o SAP ERP; o Project-related work; • Advanced level of English spoken and written.
