PMI’s shift from selling cigarettes to our new smoke-free products has changed the way we work. Your day-to-day : You will lead a team of procurement category experts that with your support will: • be a trend setter and the subject matter experts in IT & Telecom related products and services categories, developing Global Strategic Procurement plan by interacting with key stakeholders, analyzing category data and metrics to drive and deliver end-to-end category management practices in line with overall functional strategies. • execute Global and regional strategies by engaging with internal cross-functional partners (telecommunication companies, software engineering and IT companies, consulting companies, IT integrators etc.), building relationships with external suppliers and industry experts while adhering to current processes and recommending improvements to standard processes, focusing on cost improvement and quality, and service levels. • be involved in highly intensive and rapidly changing area, leading cost optimization projects, implementing best practices, following through commitments from start to finish and removing barriers that get in the way of achieving the results, managing high-cost contracts on the global level. Who we're looking for: • 5 years’ experience in leading multicultural teams • BS/BA degree in Management, Supply Chain management or Engineering • Native or fluent speaking in English (at least C1) • 7-10 years of experience in procurement • 5-7 years of experience in procurement of IT & Telecom or account management/sales in a IT specialized multinational • Deep understanding of pricing and pricing models in different geographies/markets (global markets) • Bid-management experience & contracting experience (including KPI setting and measurement) • Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills and fantastic negotiation skills What we offer: Our success depends on the people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
