The DTE (Digital Trade Engagement) Commercial Executive is responsible for developing Community Engagement Campaigns at the DTE Platform while supporting the overall Indirect Retail Activation. The DTE Commercial Executive is also responsible for B2B trade programs, increasing the platform's loyalty member base, developing specific programs to leverage advocacy and brand voice, and others. YOUR DAY TO DAY • Responsible for the development and implementation of digital assets, activities and email campaigns related to the B2B projects. • Ensuring all key stakeholders are well informed about execution timing and the details of deployment plans. • Leading and managing the community engagement campaigns impacting the loyalty base. • Participating in the discovery work for new digital initiatives like research planning, competitive scans, journey mapping, gathering requirements from the project, scope documentation and other artefacts to drive engagement. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • 3-5 Years of experience working with CPG • Previous experience in Digital marketing with an emphasis on developing digital tools • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and interpretation of insights reporting and analytics • Familiar or previous experience with Salesforce backend, confluence, and Jira • Ability to prepare, organize and present project documentation (e.g. business case, project plans, presentations etc.). • Experience in working with cross-functional teams & digital projects will be considered an asset Nice to have: • Fluency in French.
