The Challenge KA channel is an important part of our business, delivering availability and convenience for a growing number of consumers. The increasing complexity of the KA operation requires a growing focus from our side, to ensure that the centralized negotiation of each initiative reflects the maximum effectiveness at the POS level, as well as the work done by our frontliners is also addressing store’s specific issues and opportunities, encompassing transversal projects such as visibility improvement to digitalization of our business. In order to improve our performance we need to further provide relevant insights and optimized decisions, scale visibility improvements and digitalization of our business. As part of the KA department you will help us to drive this change. Your ‘day to day’ SUPPORT TO THE KA TEAM • Follow up on customers performance indicators and activities implementation at POS level, transforming data into business insights, actionable and timely, to FSF and KA supervisors; • Develop commercial presentations for internal/external stakeholders • Identify gaps in the existing processes and contribute to the implementation of improvement plans regarding database maintenance, projects scale up and BAU activities; • Consolidate inputs requested to/from the KA supervisors. Who we’re looking for • University degreed in Management or similar. • Native Portuguese and advanced level of English. • Strong motivation for development and learning. • Action oriented, fast learner and problem-solving attitude. • Excel proficiency • Analytical skills. • Permit to work in Portugal.
