The role of our Territory Sales Executives supports our vape customers through a blend of relationship building and management, brand advocacy and engagement with a diverse range of store managers and their staff. Your ‘day to day’ As a Territory Activation Executive, you will be working with vape retailers across London, educating, advising and supporting them in the sale of our portfolio of products. Who we’re looking for We’re looking for someone dedicated to truly excellent customer service, someone who can motivate and encourage store staff and owners to share our vision of a smoke free future. You’re not someone who does the “hard sell”. You’ll enjoy coaching, educating and motivating your local partners. You’ll think strategically around how you can make the very best of your territory, and not be afraid to try new ideas to grow our brand. Demonstrating a detailed understanding of your territory, you’ll work hand in hand with your Area Manager to build a successful sales strategy, using your initiative to generate creative ideas to promote and sell our brands, ensuring maximum distribution and availability. You’ll have previous experience from within the vape industry, either in a vape sales or vape store environment, and demonstrate your ability to take full advantage of a phenomenal opportunity to deliver fantastic customer service. You’ll be based within a one hour commute of your local territory, or be open to relocating to the area. You will have a valid driving license for a minimum of 12 months.
