We are dedicated to doing something very radical – our goal is to transform our industry and design a smoke-free future where reduced risk products (RRPs) will eventually replace conventional cigarettes (CCs). === YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ === • Identify and eliminate gaps in the current internal and cross-functional MRP related processes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure sustainable MRP efficiency results and process simplification & automatization: Inventory / PO / LOGD / System Utilization management • Lead and deploy continuous improvement initiatives related to processes, systems and tools in MRP • Build processes from scratch based on business need; • Be a key partner from MRP stream in cross-functional projects; • Collaborate with third party Business Service provider, IS and super users community to improve support performance. === WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR? === AS AN IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU SHOULD HAVE: • Demonstrated proficiency in MRP, supply /capacity / production planning, inventory management, or supply chain management; • Good knowledge of SAP P1 and Excel • Fluent English (both spoken & written) • Good understanding & experience in managing the material planning master data, system and process inputs and outputs will be your advantage Skills: • Comfortable with analysing big data and driving actionable conclusions based data and facts • Ability to connect the dots to create new opportunities, curiosity to look for new ways & opportunities to create value, simplify processes and/or reduce cost • Ability to influence up and down the organization to drive the changes. • Ability to pass messages in a concise and clear way, to present in an effective way and to interact with diverse set of stakeholders and levels in the organization. • Ability to work effectively with and through a diversity of people. Ability to work and deliver value in cross functional teams.
