As Domain Architect Apps & Firmware, you will also ensure the efficient and effective elaboration, validation, and communication of the domain architecture and you will guarantee that the right investments in IT are made from an architecture perspective within the domain. Your day to day: • Set overall standards and direction in the business/technical domain, ensuring the right IT investments are made and elaborate the domain architecture's baseline, target architecture, roadmap covering capabilities, applications, platforms, services, information, data, technologies. • Find opportunities to improve architecture domain (e.g., opportunities to reduce duplication, consolidate applications and platforms, improve operational deficiencies, improve automation, close existing capability gaps, etc.) and take accountability to ensure alignment with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within domain architecture scope. • Advise global business owners during business processes definition to improve the usage of standard technology solution functionalities • Collaborate with other teams to develop detailed and complete functional specifications for complex uses cases within the B2C & B2B2C technology landscape • Work with multiple teams to define, improve the DevSecOps framework that must be adopted within your domain. Who we are looking for: • University degree or adequate equivalent work experience in B2C IT domain. • Minimum 10+ years of B2C technology solutions implementation experience across a variety of areas (Consumer lifecycle, Customer Care, Digital & Social Engagement, Omnichannel Commerce, etc.) • Deep expertise on application and back-office services leveraging IOT at scale (millions of devices) with related capabilities such as device management, rules engine, firmware upgrade, mobile web or native, etc. • Extensive experience delivering solutions within B2C domain including validated project contributions as a Solution Architect. • Strong Enterprise IT architecture background (processes, data, methodologies, frameworks). • 10 years' experience performing architecture design, end-to-end solution delivery, implementing IT process improvement. • Experience in crafting solution architecture with SaaS/PaaS, custom built, AWS applications and in working in projects that are using Agile and DevOps standard methodologies. • Validated experience as a consultant, with experience rolling out projects internationally Involved with at least two end-to-end full lifecycle projects. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Confident, with the ability to influence and persuade • Analytical and results focused • Experience of both reacting to and of solving problems • An understanding of how complex matrix organisations operate; international experience is an advantage.
