Joining Product & Operations IT Within IT, the IT Product and Operations team is an experienced, nimble & expert team composed of multiple sub streams. The main purpose of the team is to lead the digital strategy and transformation of Operations and Products functions through effective business partnering and conceptualizing, delivering and supporting brand new and secure IT technologies across the end-to-end value chain. When you join this team, you will work closely with the IT Product and Operations leadership team and critical business stakeholders as a trusted technology partner to embed continuous innovation, work at speed and scale, develop your career in numerous directions in line with your aspirations and in a truly international and diverse context. We are seeking an IT Service Manager Operations to join our IT Operations Platform team. As IT Service Manager you will ensure IT services (Products/Solutions) required by customers are designed (Support model), delivered, controlled within the agreed service levels. You will collaborate with Product teams mobilize and lead cross-functional internal and external teams and address the needs of multiple stakeholders. JOIN US! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? - Confirmed (5-7 years) experience in Service Delivery for IT solutions for a high-pace multinational environment (ideally across global markets for FMCG companies) - ITIL foundation certified - Consumer-centric approach and mindset - A collaborative approach, comfortable with all types of external and internal partners - Passion for continuous learning in a changing environment - Expertise in the setup and management of distributed teams, motivating and leading direct and/or indirect team members - Experience and knowledge of Agile and DevOps principles to smartly combine ITIL best practices with them - Experience performing the Scrum Master role for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory - Organizational and leadership abilities - Excellent communication skills - Problem-solving attitude - Creative thinking skills - Experience working with Manufacturing/Supply Chain Systems - Experience working on ‘Cloud’ based and modern integration technologies (API-based platforms) to understand the implications of delivering end-to-end services HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? - Lead service-related deliverables implementation of new service, projects and/or extension of existing services (Operational Readiness) - Ensure that Service management standard methodologies are applied for the - Supply Chain planning and Logistics solutions portfolio (security, continuity, service level agreement, daily operations efficiency) - Measure, monitor and report on service quality and propose improvement plans to Product team (i.e.: service review) to improve operational efficiency - Actively collaborate and build relationship with Product Owners and Product teams (incl. suppliers and service partners) to ensure "end to end" service chain is aligned to meet current and future needs of the customers (service quality and security with efficient service cost) - Ensure services to enforce to PMI policies, guidelines on security compliance to minimize risk on confidentiality, integrity and availability. - Ensure controls adherence for the Applications services in scope Please note that only online applications will be taken into consideration.
