We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager to join our Data and Analytics team. In this role you will take the lead on providing reports, data, and actionable insights on the commercial performance of the organization. Your day to day You will be supporting the business strategy and key decisions by extracting and interpreting data from various sources and systems. You will do this by deeply understanding the business context and have a strong understanding of sales and consumer data. By collaborating with other functions, you will be planning to report on key commercial objectives and applying an operational/commercial/consumer impact lens. Being the SME in this domain, you’ll deliver and present key insights to colleagues and the leadership team in an engaging and practical format. As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for designing the performance KPI’s and metrics for the following functions: Field Force, Key Accounts, Direct Retail, E-commerce and Vape channel. Designing and implementing reporting dashboards for commercial activities, you’ll deliver reliable, accurate and timely reporting and tracking of core KPI’s and performance. You’ll find opportunities for continuous improvements for all the channels. You will support more junior members of the Data and Analytics team which could include mentoring and training on technical skills. About you • We are looking for someone who has strong experience in a similar role, someone who can understand and communicate the story through data. • You’ll have experience in data visualization and design thinking, and you are someone who can generate insights and concrete conclusions from data. • Ideally, you have advanced excel experience, Power BI and SQL. • To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a high level of accountability, excellent communication and influencing skills. • You are someone that is resilient, discreet, and can lead multiple goals and deadlines. • You're a problem solver and critical thinker that can navigate challenging objectives of various team members.
