The Supply Chain Customer & Consumer Executive’s main goal is to provide reports and services to internal customers and stakeholders within the framework of supply chain, including process automation and improvement. The role covers reporting, analysis, and maintenance of information used for supply chain activities involving warehousing, transportation, Sales & Operations Planning and program delivery. • Supports and provides reports to Sales and Operations Planning leaders which includes gathering of data from various sources from markets and systems, and generating reports using actual sales volumes, monthly and annual sales forecasts, and bias information: o Sales forecast and bias information o Demand and supply review o Cycle governance • Supports and provides relevant reports and accurate information on program delivery activities: o Updates and oversees cost saving projects in the Product Life cycle Management system. o Maintain data and information for Power BI Dashboard global stakeholders’ reference • Manages inventory and transportation activities by providing accurate, updated and timely reports on inventory tracking files and dashboards. Warehouse: o Stock management o LOGD reporting o Import management Transportation: o Monitor & track shipments o Route planning and systematical transactions o Month-end shipments and budget • Creates power point presentations and Power BI dashboards from the data gathered for weekly and monthly operational meetings. o Forecasted volumes at a brand / account / channel segment level for new product launches. o Comparison between historical, actual volumes and forecasted volumes on a regular basis • Acts on issue identified in the process by providing a work around to resolve and trouble shoot the issue immediately (issue management) • Performs knowledge transfers, handbook documentation and confirmation with the affiliate on the process related to migration of services and new affiliates • Participate as key user to improve and/or replace existing systems and procedures. Acts as member on projects and performs UAT.
