RISE TO THE CHALLENGE The Consumer Analytics & Data Manager will be responsible for providing the organization with comprehensive analysis and interpretation of key consumer insights and detailed reporting of program results and forecasting of future trends to support the strategic decision making process. Acquiring, processing and summarising consumer data from Big Data sets in order to discover business value and guide the team insights and analytics efforts. Develop the commercial insights' strategy and manage the process of providing relevant, timely and actionable information about the consumer purchase behavior, loyalty and program effectiveness to ensure sound business and commercial decisions are made. Challenge existing commercial strategies/ results/implementation to identify new opportunities to secure future business. Accomplish seamless and flawless operation of all different commercial systems and ensure that sales information is available, understood and used throughout the commercial organization. Continuously improve and upgrade commercial systems and procedures, in order to fulfill contemporary and future business requirements, according to the commercial strategies and objectives. This position will collaborate horizontally with CX team BD&P, global reporting teams and all relevant stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Leading team of highly skilled BI experts, build new reports and visualizations, to meet business requirements leveraging on Power BI. • Working closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand the goals, requirements, priorities and translate into actionable insights, as well as provide them with timely, accurate and easy to access data needed on day-to-day basis. • Analyze business requirements and support translating them into dashboards, KPIs and ensure delivery all key information needed by the business teams to meet the businesses requirements. • Disseminate information and train the organization on BI topics, capabilities & solutions available in PMI. • Act as translator between business and data science / data & analytics teams. • Help to define BI strategy on how to enable data-driven decision making and data access, as well as promote data analytics awareness across the organization. • Translate the data analytics into useful insights to drive decision making and derive the consumer experience strategy. • Be familiar with data retrieval and storing systems, data visualisation and data warehousing using Business Intelligence concepts. Have a passion for data mining with a a strong background in math, statistics, machine learning, and programming. • Creating a KPI framework across all data sources in addition to enhancing the data warehouse. Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications: • B.A./ University degree in Business/ Economics/ Marketing • 8+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence and reporting roles areas; FMCG and or Telecom, Consumer Electronics experience; Multinational companies experience (preferred). • Minimum of three years experience as a team leader/Manager. • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. • Practical knowledge of Power BI, or other visualization tools. • Strong analytical acumen, quantitative skills, and attention to details. • Strong presentation and communication skills. • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to develop and use collaborative relationship. • Highly developed Business Communication and stakeholder management skills.
