YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: • You coordinate (together with key business stakeholders) the strategy planning, development and delivery for Philip Morris Austria • Supporting the function head in yearly target (objectives and KPIs) cascade throughout the organization, to ensure consistency, alignment with organizational priorities • You follow up on performance of project portfolio and optimizing it to achieve our strategic corporate goals to ensure continuous alignment throughout the year • Cross-departmental cooperation to set up KPI tracking and reporting towards to appropriate stakeholder groups • Contribute to the formulation of a portfolio of programs and projects that will deliver the affiliate’s strategic priorities YOUR PROFILE: • You have a Bachelor/Master's degree in Business, Economics, Management or similar • You have senior experience in Commercial, Business Development, Data or similar • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken – German is a plus • You have the ability to plan and translate regional/global requirements and timelines into local context to ensure deadlines are being met • You are organized, detailed oriented, strategic thinking, resourceful, affinity for numbers and strong in managing processes and systems in a fast-paced environment INTERESTED?
