About the Workplace Experience Benefits Intern program In this position you will integrate the Benefits team, responsible for all services to employees in Lausanne and Neuchatel including company restaurants, fitness centers, a wellbeing center, events and a variety of other services. Who we’re looking for Currently studying for your bachelor’s degree in Hospitality High analytic « spirit », ability to concretely design and simplify existing processes Experience in collection, analysis, and evaluation of consumer data Interested in customer care experience and insights Fluent in French and English, other languages are beneficial Roles & Objectives Help us in the quest of constantly improving our employees’ experience by turning their needs into successful business solutions Possibility to participate in business intelligence (BI), sustainability, employee services and various workplace transformation projects (depending on current needs) Evaluate external service suppliers through KPIs, audit and financial cost controlling Give support in coordinating business events and actively participate in the preparation of happenings related to our services What we offer Our success depends on our dedicated employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
