We are looking for an Internal Communication Lead who will work as part of Operational Excellence (OPEN+) Department in Phillip Morris Tobacco Manufacturing (PMTM) Factory located in Izmir. As we continue to implement our manufacturing excellence program in PMTM, our aim is to unleash people capabilities, achieve a step change in performance, drive innovation through increasing organization reliability and agility in our manufacturing facility. As Internal Communication Lead, you will drive all communication activities within the factory with a close collaboration with all local & global functions in an integrated and collaborative way to increase engagement and ownership, deliver value through adopting and improving PMI best practices in a standardized and systematic way. It is an exciting leadership experience opportunity in the transformation journey of PMI Manufacturing. Read further if you want to learn what the main responsibilities of the role are: • Establish and implement an ongoing process of gathering employee feedback through audits, interviews, and employee opinion surveys to ensure continuous improvement of communications. Measure the impact of engagement on key performance indicators, assist in organizing and overseeing local and global employee feedback events (eg Employee Feedback, Ambassador Program) • Transform the business strategy into a communication strategy that drives the behaviors/actions needed to achieve Compelling Business Needs (CBN) goals, move through the OPEN + phases and promote positive attitudes that unite employees around the organization's strategic priorities. To be responsible for the standard work processes in the field of communications and to make the necessary expertise. Presenting and positioning PMI's unique target culture of creating a smoke-free future as a distinctive and competitive advantage • Implement communication strategy through existing and future communication channels by developing and implementing content to ensure consistent and ongoing communication that encourages employee engagement and achievement of CBN goals and strategies. Collaborate with the PMI Operations global communications community to ensure alignment of the global communications strategy with the PMI community and regular sharing of factory achievements (OPEN+ progress, milestones, and projects, etc.). Scan PMI's external communication channels for content that is useful for employees. Coordinate factory tours for PMI employees and external visitors • Manage day-to-day operations of employee communication tools (ie SharePoint, Yammer and MS Teams groups, local magazine / newsletter) by creating, curating and editing content using PMI's voice and voice. As needed, support the corporate communications department in the creation and delivery of relevant external messages of the organization from the production department • Manage the identification and elimination of costs in communication processes by covering all type of communications and create effective cost management of communication projects • Provide effective communication support for standard work processes such as "reward and recognition", "employee listening" and "change management process" within the organizational pillar (ORG Pillar). Develop digital skills within the organization to ensure the development of communication platforms and tools to meet the current and future needs of the business. Develop communication skills and networks between departments to maintain functional communications at an autonomous level You: • Higher education in communications, international relations, journalism, marketing and related fields • 5 years of work experience in a similar position • Excellent level of knowledge of the English • Excellent content writing and communication skills • Stakeholder management and change management skills • Work experience with various digital communication channels One more thing: at Philip Morris we see equal pay for equal work between woman and men as the baseline standard for equality.
