Configure, validate, and support Learning Management & Gamification activities (hereinafter referred to as FIELO) in order to streamline & automize usage of Fielo capabilities by PMI Affiliates after technical deployment of the solution on Digital Trade Engagement (DTE) legacy. FIELO is the Sales Force native solution for education of the retailers in DTE and gamification of initial DTE activities. DTE stands for Digital trade engagement platform and digitally enables PMI commercial activities for B2B engagement and e-ordering. FIELO as a part of DTE can be used to enhance retailer knowledge and skills on DTE and SFP products and programs. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Preferred previous experience in running CRM tool, with focus on Sales force system. This job requires extensive knowledge of Digital Trade Engagement platform and Sales force system with minimum 2 years experience. • FIELO and DTE experience knowledge is a plus • JIRA + Confluence knowledge is a plus • Manual Salesforce testing experience • Web Content publishing and targeting/audience understanding • English knowledge (upper intermediate) WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance, employee pension plan • Sodexo Lunch card, Cafeteria program including Multisport card • Hybrid working model • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Set up LMS & Gamification Capabilities in QA and Production environment. Test from user perspective configured LMS & Gamification Capabilities using different environments: PC, mobile, tablet. Upload educational content according to Fielo technical specifications. • Set up relevant to the use case segments. • Update and create internal documentation for Fielo Operational model on Confluence. • Manage market requests via internal ticketing system - Jira. • Work closely with OC Brand Retail Planning team to support with configuration & testing of IQOS Partner Staff Certification elements.
