Your ‘day to day’ As a Mechanical Technical Specialist, you will own, maintain, and improve technical conditions of production equipment in order to achieve production and quality requirements, by respecting the health, safety, quality and production standards. You will act as an SME for digital, electronical, automation and software. You will study and propose technical improvement to the digital initiatives while collaborating with OEM and central function in the definition of future processes. Your responsibilities include • Responsible to define and implement optimal maintenance standards in quality perspective in new processes, and to improve the existing • Contribute on the design phase of new equipment providing technical information about the status of the factory • Ensure effective change management with all proper standards implemented on equipment (i.e.: All machines of same type must have the same current best solutions implemented) • Support Asset Engineer/Tech Lead during monitoring and analysis of consumption of spare parts, costs, overhead costs in order to be in line with budget proposals. • Contribute to define and implement maintenance strategy for new equipment and to improve the maintenance strategy for the existing one • Communicate in timely manner on loss elimination priorities, plans and responsibilities to ensure cross-functional alignment. Share knowledge and methods to encourage and foster benchmarking, reapplication and continuous improvement. • Develop/review the training material for new solutions for the internal technical trainings in collaboration with technical department Who we’re looking for Experienced professionals and fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related courses). Experience in a manufacturing company and IWS DMS and tools is nice to have but not a requirement. A working knowledge in mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance is also preferred. Intermediate IT (MS Office & Troubleshooting skills. You must also be amenable to work in shifting schedules in our Batangas Plant.
