Your ‘day to day’ You will work as a 12 months’ fixed term contractor with our partnered vendor to support Philip Morris Asia Limited (PMAL). Your responsibilities: • Lead and drive SC activities for NPI projects as NPI stream lead • Represent different Supply Chain functions to balance risk and opportunities • Be the bridge between core Project Team, extended Supply Chain team members and EMS • Align markets demand with supply ramp up from EMS • Collaborate with Project Team members to ensure IT systems readiness • Clear roadblocks, propose solutions to problems, and communicate with upper management • Perform hyper-care of shipment plans and manage return of rework projects at EMS • Act as the Stream Leader of Supply Chain for all NPI projects • Represent SC functions in the Technical Performance Roundtable project meeting • Be the voice and bridge between Project core team and SC stakeholders • Present and communicate SC deliverables, questions, and concerns to Project Team • Conduct regular meetings with team members to transfer actions required/decisions • Find solutions to problems and drive for timely closures • Work with Category Managers to understand market demands and propose ramp profile • Ensure materials readiness for DVT and PVT and Mass Production • Accountable for Risk Buy process on designated components and its governance • Support NPI SC Manager to continuously improve processes and efficiency • Partner with EMS Management team to monitor mass production start-up progress • Manage execution of return for rework projects Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Project Management • At least 10 years working experience in electronics industry in SC capacity • Preferably worked in MNC or EMS environment or as Project Manager/Leader in related industry • Demonstrated experience in leading a project from Initiation to Execution and working with many stakeholders • Good reading and writing skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (not compulsory) • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively up and laterally and seeks continuous process improvements • Analytical thinking, strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, good negotiator, project management skills, and drive for results • Able to communicate effectively and manage conflicts Our success depends on our talents who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
