WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields • Fluent in English Other Language a plus • 5+ Years of experience in SC area, preferably in forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and data analytics • 1+ years of management experience • Working knowledge of SAP, Supply Chain Planning Solutions and Forecasting Solutions (E2OPEN suite is a strong plus) Other skills / function specifics: • Predictive capabilities - ability to anticipate issues and risks and react before they happen. Ability to see causes and effects through the supply chain • Analytical Savvy - Ability to process, use, understand, interpret and synthesize large amount of data to make decisions and improve business performance. • Business Acumen - Ability to communicate analytical analysis in comprehensive manner link it to the business environment with an understanding of their implications. • Influencing Skills - Ability to influence process improvement and changes cross functionally. • Social Skills - Ability to communicate effectively up and down the organization and lead conflict resolution. • Leadership Skills - Ability to lead others, drive performance of your organization. Be a champion of processes and inspire change across your network. • System Savvy - Ability to comprehend system landscape, data flow and system functionalities to drive system usage and automation WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Company car / or car allowance • Subsidized meals in company canteens or Sodexo card while working remotely • Hybrid model (40% office in Krakow, 60% home office) opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Contribute to the IBP process with in-depth analysis of demand, bringing the relevant insights to the IBP forums and giving the partners the understanding of business dynamics • Contribute to the overall planning process, providing the supply planners, factory planners and manufacturing with the right set of numbers to use in their respective processes and systems • Lead a wide range of demand planning projects to ensure organization processes and systems are recognized as well performing • Ensure demand analytics are generated and provide insights in and out of SC on demand trends, risks, opportunities, performances of new products, to facilitate operational and strategic supply analysis needed for IBP forums and efficient decision-making process - Key demand insights users: SH Market Planning, Market OCS, SCCP, SH Supply Planning, SH Scenario Management, IBP team • Ensure knowledge and adherence of all demand planning teams across PMI, related to owned demand planning subjects, facilitating the best possible supply planning cycle resulting in ideal plans in terms of service and cost • Support in performance management of the Business Service Provider offshore team of demand planners, by ensuring the BSP team has the required level of capabilities and service to operate the process. Identifying ad-hoc services and tools that the BSP can propose to address business challenges and opportunities in the forecasting activities • Support Manager Global Forecasting and Director Market Planning with any drumbeat and ad-hoc analysis, reporting and content preparation Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
