We are seeking an IT SENIOR SOLUTION EXPERT to join our IT Product Lifecycle Management team, located in one of our delivery centers, Krakow As IT SENIOR SOLUTION EXPERT, you will help build capabilities and modernize existing platforms, leveraging technology, data & analytics to improve product design and Commercialization of our new reduced risk portfolio at PMI. We believe, that with your support, we will build a continual change pipeline with modular design of business capabilities, digital technologies, and the data behind them. We will shift to a perpetual evolution model to accelerate time-to-market of new IT capabilities, improved alignment between IT and the business while reducing the IT landscape complexity at large. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Confirmed 7-10 years’ experience in support or delivery of IT solution for a global organization • Proven track record in support and development of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), throughout all phases of the development life cycle (vision, design, development, maintenance). • Experience in Med devices PLM • Worked in large implementation projects in the capacity of Solution Architect or Technical Architect • Experience integrating PLM with Master Data, Manufacture, Supply Chain, xCAD or ERP systems. • Practical experience in Agile / DevSecOps. • Understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., SoX, GxP, CSV) and their impact on systems • Understanding of cloud computing architectures (e.g., SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) • Collaborative approach, comfortable in dealing with external & internal stakeholders at all levels WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Lunch card (Sodexo) • Remote work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Cafeteria program • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Collaborate with business stakeholders (up to executive level) to define strategy for PLM digital capabilities evolution • Scout industry trends and propose IT solutions to drive company’s digital roadmap • Design key PLM applications, technology, and data architecture to meet business needs while ensuring the alignment with standards • Manage the roadmap for IT products and solutions in the PLM domain • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product functionality and its dependence on release levels • Develop the capability map for PLM and using it for continuous development • Performing POCs of potential PLM based solutions to PMI needs within existing PMI landscape • Supporting RFI and RFP processes for IT solutions Please note that only online applications will be taken into consideration.
