We are looking to recruit a person with a degree in Scientific or Economic, who speaks intermediate English and has good analytical skills and a ready for challenging multi-task goals, stress resistance. === YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ === • Drive the development of the best executable FG’s production plan for Reduced Risk Products that meets the Demand. • Adheres to the inventory policies and prioritization of the Finished Goods served for local & export markets, while respecting all capacity, manning and materials availability constraints. • Lead the Supply planning process drumbeat at manufacturing level. • Manage & drive collection, calculation, and timely adjustments of all relevant system inputs, master data. • Ensure supply continuity for the planning horizon by managing the end-2-end inventory in line with cost, cash & service targets. === WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR? === • 2+ years’ experience in Supply Chain functions (Demand planning, logistics, production planning), PPMD, RRP Manufacturing or relevant experience in other functions. • Advanced knowledge of SAP and Excel. • Upper Intermediate English (both spoken and written). • Fluent Russian. • Experience in defined planning process cycle. • Ability to work with big volumes of information and quickly changing environment. • Ability to quickly process and understand complexity & ambiguity and define right solutions to tough problems. • High learning agility and collaboration, structured approach to problem solving. • Ability to pass messages in a concise and clear way, to present in an effective way and to interact with diverse set of stakeholders and levels in the organization. • Ability to influence up and down the organization to drive the changes. • Responsibility and Accuracy, Result orientation, Positive energy.
