You will work as a 12 months’ fixed term contractor with our partnered vendor to support Philip Morris Asia Limited (PMAL). Your ‘day to day’ You will.. • Own the Inventory reporting and present risk and opportunities to management team monthly. • Continuous improvement and streamlining for the reports and processes. • Ensure obsolescence inventory are settled according to SOP. Manage Monthly Inventory Review process to address excess inventory in meeting. • Validate and analyze inventory movement. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management. • Partner with material specialists to drive action to deplete inventory. • Support streamlining and standardize of reporting through automation. • Partner with Finance to ensure financial provision are in sync. • Create simple financial models for decision support. Who we’re looking for • University degree in Business Administration/ Supply Chain/ Finance • 5-8 years of experience in Finance reporting • With Supply Chain or Manufacturing background are preferred • Excellent MS Office skills (Particularly Excel – including creation and analysis of large database) and knowledge of Power BI is preferable • Solid organization skills including attention to details and multitasking • Strong learning and analytical skills • Strong Communication skills • Good Presentation skills; Good story telling with key takeaway message • Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment • Action oriented, rational thought with sense of urgency What we offer Our success depends on the talents who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
