As IT Project Lead, you will engage with business representatives and business management to understand current and future business requirements and their impact on the existing applications landscape. Your responsibilities include: • Understand the IT Service delivery model, IT processes and IT portfolio of solutions • Consult customers by leveraging available IT solutions, IT processes and IT services to enable them in executing their strategic plans. • Participate in the design, build and deployment of IT solutions or IT processes and/or delivery of IT services in line with the annual and long-range plans • Create and maintain systems/services documentations, training programs/materials, operating manuals within assigned scope. • Build understanding and adhere to relevant principles, practices, procedures, and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services. • Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services. • Collaborate and share knowledge and intelligence with colleagues in IS and other functions, on matters such as applicable policies, standards, procedures and guidelines, efficient use of tools and technologies Who we’re looking for • University degree (Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent) with additional certificates, degrees or experience in IT • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Technology or Business Function • Experience in Project and Service Management • Experience in Service Management or ITIL • Understanding/exposure on the use AI and Machine Learning Tools and exposure in either the development or the deployment of Business Intelligence tools are an advantage What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
