Working at the heart of our P&C organization, this role will act as the single global accountable owner for the change strategy and associated interventions to support the successful delivery of both P&C Digitalization and Job Architecture programs. Working closely with the P&C Digitalization and Job Architecture leadership team(s), this role will be central to ensuring key stakeholders and colleagues PMI-wide are aware and prepared for the upcoming changes that will emerge from P&C over the coming years. You will need to collaborate extensively with senior P&C stakeholders globally to shape and embed the change strategy and narrative in line with our simple, standard, global philosophy. You will also be expected to track the broader engagement with the program throughout the next two years and establish interventions to support the function and broader business prepare for this change. This highly visible position will give you the opportunity to be exposed to different stakeholders across P&C and the wider business. Context from P&C Digitalization • Global role with engagement and reach across all PMI markets and all pillars of P&C function • Oversee the development of the change strategy and critical interventions throughout the Digitalization and Job Architecture program lifecycles • Accountable for all aspects of change analysis, planning, engagement, and communications • Owns the P&C Digitalization and Job Architecture strategic narrative(s) Team • Reporting into the Head of Global Process & Experience • 2 Change Leads • Virtual management of Change Network Key Stakeholders: • P&C Leadership Team • P&C ELT • P&C Directors – Markets, Regions and Functions • Job Architecture Program team • Digitalization Program team • Internal Communications team • Relationship Managers & Market Delivery teams • Change Network HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Develop and own P&C Digitalization and Job Architecture change strategy and engagement model. Drive active sponsorship across program team and program Steering Committee. Deliver appropriate interventions to ensure ongoing support and adoption of program outcomes • Build and effectively communicate strategic narrative and change vision for the program, centering on our P&C Digitalization journey and move to simple, standard global • Lead on the active engagement and management of senior stakeholders throughout the program. Influence and challenge stakeholders when there are conflicting views on the way forward • Own and maintain change plan, change playbook and associated assets for all program streams in partnership with workstream leads and internal communication partners • Establish tangible framework to measure stakeholder sentiment, at all levels of the organization and program team, throughout phases of program. Monitor and evaluate ongoing engagement, sentiment and overall risks to the program • Deliver comprehensive change impact assessment across all in scope activities covering process, experience and operating model. Drive associated change interventions with respective workstream leads • Active member of Program Design Authority and Steering Committee • Own coordination and engagement of program Change Network. Including creation and testing of program narrative and communications and early visibility of new process designs • Partner with Head of Deployment to oversee creation of Training Strategy, Training Needs Analysis and Training Curriculum. Oversee execution of strategy via Training Lead • Oversee the development of core program content, including local impact assessments, communication materials and creative assets • Own program change personas and persona analysis to shape engagement approach WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Company car / or car allowance • Subsidized meals in company canteens or Sodexo card while working remotely • Hybrid model (40% office in Krakow, 60% home office) opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employee WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • A candidate with 10+ years experience managing large scale organizational change within a global matrix organization • A person with 10+ years as a P&C Generalist • A person with ability to manage senior stakeholders up to and including P&C Leadership Team, including in a remote setting • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver successful outcomes • Track record in navigating and influencing in complex matrix organizations • Strong knowledge of change management methodology and best practice • Skilled in translating technical information and concepts into simple, consistent messages • Adept at providing both strategic and tactical counsel where required • Exceptional communication skills (both written and spoken) • Strong planning and organizational skills • Good understanding of HR processes and PMI landscape • Comfortable managing third party vendors and creative agencies Desirable requirements: • Knowledge & awareness of SAP HCM/SAP SuccessFactors architecture and core processes • Project / Program management • International experience is an advantage Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
