Introducing smoke-free products shifts the focus of our entire business. We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model – and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products. Your ‘day to day’ • Coordinate contract approval including collection of physical signatures and management of e-signatures • Support and contribute to departmental communication programs including, preparation and publication of documents, design formatting, proof-reading, regular update of information repositories • Prepare statistical and performance reports for projects and KPIs including data collection, validation and systems update. • Respond to information requests, which require finding elements from various sources and prepare ad-hoc correspondence or reports; answer queries or refer callers to appropriate departmental members • Organize departmental meetings, townhalls and conferences, both physical and virtual, and meetings with external parties • Support IMS LT in meeting and travel coordination • Administer departmental purchases and provide administrative support to sub-departmental heads Who we’re looking for • Essential Requirements: o Action oriented and achievement driven; high attention to details o Ability to work on multiple assignments and prioritize well o Learning agility and flexibility to pick-up new tasks o Customer orientation o Strong communication and interpersonal skills o High computer literacy: MS Office 365, SAP, collaboration platforms • Preferred Requirements: o Understanding of procurement process o Experience and interest in communication o Digital savvy o Ability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders including management University degree, such as bachelor’s degree in generalist areas (e.g. business, management, communications) is preferred with minimum 10 years of working experience.
