YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsibility for the further development of an integrated B2B system landscape based on a PMI central Salesforce platform in order to further expand B2B digitalization • Driver for innovative ideas that increase the attractiveness of content and communication strategies on the B2B platform • Independent derivation of optimization approaches and strategic recommendations for action based on relevant analyses and business goals • Responsibility for the expansion of existing platform functions (including) retail platform, B2B online store, call center service cloud • Responsibility of a digital system strategy to generate growth and engagement with sales partners and create efficiencies through digitalization • Implement / automate innovative digital processes in Salesforce applications or new platforms • Improve and optimize user experience based on response rates & advanced analytics YOUR PROFILE: • University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing • 2-5 years of experience in the field of digital, IT or digital marketing as well as experience in dealing with partners and agencies • Ideally, first leadership experience and the ability to promote and develop employees in a goal-oriented manner • Convincing personality with strong social skills and very good communication skills at all management levels • Knowledge of setting up, developing and administering digital platforms • Project experience in collaboration with specialist/business departments and partners • Experience with Salesforce applications or other integrated CRM / communication and commerce platforms preferred • Fluent English, German language skills are an advantage Do you want to be part of this transformation?
