Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products. Your ‘day-to-day’ Responsibilities You will be supporting our function with the following activities: • Collection, analysis, structuring, visualization of the data • Maintenance of functional databases • Support of functional tools and systems • Development, maintenance, and replication of PowerBI dashboards • Other activities as per functional needs Who we’re looking for We are searching for a candidate for a Data & Insights Analyst S&MS position with the following skills and abilities: • 3-5 years’ experience in similar position • Bachelor or Master´s degree in IT, Data management, Data Analysis, etc. • Fluency in English, Spanish is not mandatory. • Strong Analytical mindset, capabilities to work with big amount of data, well-structured. • Data visualization skills. • Proficient in MS Excel and Power BI. • Responsible and Flexible, able to communicate effectively. • Readiness to work within PBO (Project Base Organization) with various stakeholders.
