WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Students of last years or University graduates with Bachelor’s or Master's degree up to 6 months after graduation • Candidates who are well-organized and able to tackle problems in a fast-paced environment with computer skills, including Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) • Proficient speaker of both spoken and written English • Customer-focused and passionate about improving the customer experience person who has a high-level attention to detail • Social media, graphic design basic will be appreciated WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Internship for duration of 6 that can be extended up to 12 months • With innovative technologies, services, and processes, backed by a competitive salary, you will work in a professional environment and team members from all over the world • Multinational experience with a team of specialists • Daily contact with people from all around the world • A chance to see the nature of corporate world • Possibility to practice your language skills every single day HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? For Knowledge Management Program: • Maintaining the Knowledge Management documentation: process maps & handbooks • Support the promotion of the KM program and the compilation of KM metrics per agreed timelines based on KM results to drive targets • Cultivate and maintain relationships with the service lines representative, by communicating with them frequently to answer questions, knowing the KM tool to support them when needed and check mutual happiness levels. For Training Program & Onboarding: • Support Training Programs for Business Solutions Organization • Support in setting up onboarding programs for Business Solutions Organization • Support in setting up Communities of practice & social learnings Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
