In this role: This role is responsible for translating user needs, business priorities and stakeholder goals into compelling designs and web user flows, digital applications and marketing activities that will optimize digital user’s experience and boost channel's objectives. Your ‘day to day’: • Lead the design and rollout of ecommerce commercial activities, including activation and communication of the business roadmap initiatives in a personalized manner (acquisition, retention & new product launches) • Plan targeted ecommerce activities to optimize channel performance based on consumer journey analysis • Lead onsite personalization tactics applying the right content mix across consumer journey, utilizing several personalization tools to optimize site experience, increase conversion rates, and improve customer retention • Lead optimization efforts designing experiments and A/B tests to improve transactional experience based on users’ behavioural data • Create strategy and recommendations for additions and features to enhance digital experience on purchasing funnel and review online journeys of new features/ programs • Monitor channel performance, identify areas for improvement and monitor impact of applied changes/ campaigns • Working closely with cross-functional teams; Marketing, Operations, and Product Development to build a cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for new E-Commerce initiatives • In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around ecommerce channel sales, channel NPS, Conversion rate, Personalization campaigns completed Who we’re looking for: • 4+ experience in e-Commerce and website management • Comfort in interpreting results and communicating insights effectively to stakeholders and senior Leadership team • Excellent working knowledge of site analytics, Search Engine Optimization, Conversion Rate Optimization and the ability to produce site reporting with hard deadlines • Ability to manage large, cross-functional projects and deal with multiple monthly launches • Proven history of developing high quality, digital user experiences • Familiarity with website development languages like HTML5, CSS3, Javascript is considered a big plus • Strong knowledge of MS Excel • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Greek What we offer: Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
