THE ROLE The Senior Financial Planning Analyst will lead the forecasting of shipment volumes, pricing including excise tax, and marginal contribution for the Japan Market. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. • Power user of revenue forecasting tools to be able to deliver high quality and accurate data models • Understands and participates in the forecasting of volumes, pricing including excise tax models and marginal contribution. • Be the first point of contact for the Market counterpart (Business Planning, Financial Planning, market & COE) • Delivers proper and on-time inputs into the system • Analysis/inputs based on an Agreed Service Level Agreement • Collaborate with the Governance team to continuously improve processes QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ years of diverse Finance experience (accounting, financial/business planning & analysis) in an MNC • Prior experience in Financial Planning • Strong analytical skills (scenario analysis, data modeling) • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Japanese: Strong ability to communicate complex scenarios in a simple way to internal and external stakeholders • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders in different functions and/or PMI affiliates • Customer focus: quality and timeliness of delivery is critical WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
