Your ‘day to day’: Build Brand Equity along all consumer journey stages, by ensuring an omnichannel communication strategy, that maximize reach and relevant content to our audiences. • Ensure omnichannel brand communication strategy for all marketing initiatives embedding the global brand guidelines within the cluster. • Owner of the brand calendar for all markets, ensuring all initiatives are aligned to brand strategy and have a clear objective to satisfy consumers’ needs and contribution to the business. • Lead and coordinate all planning process around brand calendar initiatives with the different stakeholders, ensuring timing execution and targets. • Embed global best practices in local content management and ensure the “buy in” of global and regional teams across PMI and its Global Policy and guidelines. • Prioritize and optimize content generation related to all brand initiatives and other market necessities, ensuring right process and efficient interactions of internal/external stakeholder, to delivery communication in time with the standards required of creativity, quality, impact. • Continuously assess and monitor brand and product communications effectiveness to optimize channels effectiveness (online and offline). Who we’re looking for: • Overall 3+ years of experience either in a creative agency, digital agency, or Marketing. • Prior experience in communication strategy definition, engage with different business stakeholders, and influencing people is strongly preferred. • Good understanding of digital marketing ecosystem, social media, and tools • Possesses a strong consumer centric approach, good interpersonal communication skills, and good project management skills. • Out of the box individual with passion in storytelling and creative thinking. • Experience with Content Management Systems/Taxonomies and familiar with Agile/Scrum Methodology is a plus. • University degree(s) in Communication and/or additional certificates; degrees or experiences in innovative digital areas, is preferred. • High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
