We offer the opportunity to join our People & Culture Product & Experience Delivery team, which is in the core of our employees' experience at Philip Morris Israel Ltd. (PML). The team is responsible for the design and execution of the local Product & Delivery strategy for Israel, that puts the employee experience at the center, enables affiliate internal transformation and ensures the delivery of both efficient projects and services in coordination with local, regional and global teams. You will report to the Team Leader P&ED - Israel. Main responsibilities: •Manage Salary & Wage interfaces, including transfer of payroll data, monthly closure, and control. •Manage Time & Attendance system. •Manage employee benefits, including ongoing analyzes. •Support the process of employee departure, including leave of absence and maternity leave. •Provide an ongoing response employee regarding salaries and benefits. •Create and monitor data in HR systems to assure data accuracy. •Manage the relationship with payroll & benefits service providers, including, among other things: creating a purchase requirement in the system, checking invoices, controlling, x and monitoring •Participate in P&C department's projects. WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS? • BA •2-3 years of experience as a HR operation specialist in global organization Must. •Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of data, paying attention to details- Must. •Hands-on experience with SAP, Hilan- Major advantage. •Strong sense of customer service. •Dynamic mindset: self-starter with a positive attitude, independent, resilient, and able to work in a dynamic environment. •Strong MS Office and BI skills: must have extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and BI tools such as Power BI. •English fluent speaker.
