We have an opportunity for a Manager Physical Workplace to join our Workplace Experience Business Integrity , Real Estate & PMO team responsible to develop and maintain an optimized physical workplace environment to ensure optimal space utilization and employee experience. In addition, you will be responsible to ensure creative workspace solution to accommodate new ways of working and minimize cost. Your responsibilities: • Own end to end space building allocation and appropriate mix of space arrangements in compliance with safety requirements. • Lead interior design proposals with relevant stakeholders or vendors. • Prepare and lead the implementation of the office allocation plans to maximize the space performance and employee experience. • Develop Real Estate strategy based on data driven insights and execute Real Estate transactions. • Manage tools related to Space Management and ensure data accuracy. • Develop and own all indicators related to the performance of space such as efficiency of space, cost & SQM per occupant and ability of teams to collaborate. • Assess risks related to the provision and utilization of space and develop mitigation plan. • Ensure that service delivery and standards are being continuously maintained and improved, based on quality assurance audits and customer satisfaction. • Lead / Oversee Physical Workplace projects • Lead, manage, coach, empower and give guidance to develop subordinates and evaluate performance to achieve productivity and business results. • Act as a role model for team members as well as third party workers to deploy PMI Culture and Leadership Model. We’re looking for someone with: • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent • Strong experience in project management related to workplace coupled with excellent knowledge of current trends in Physical Workplace. • Sound knowledge of Swiss standards and regulation. • Real Estate management experience would be an asset. • Managerial and budgetary experience. • Knowledge of Swiss construction standards (SIA) would be an asset. • Strong customer focus coupled with outstanding communication skills. • Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams. • Fluent in French and English.
