Your ‘day to day’ She / He is a trusted business partner within the finance department; holds deep business knowledge needed to translate business inputs into the company's financial actions. She / He acts as strategic partner to the commercial/strategy teams, providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and results achievement. Main Accountabilities • Become a trusted co-pilot for the commercial, marketing and strategy organizations. • Translate strategic plans into operational business plan and financial plans which support local market strategy and regional priorities. • Support an integrated business plan connecting all commercial activities - connect the dots enterprise-wide. • Drive conversion of the consumer journey into financials and integrate it into the business plan. • Partner with commercial teams to define the ROI of initiatives and drive/support investment decisions and define metrics and targets. • Provide options to improve business results, based on clear commercial knowhow and other functional (e.g. fiscal) drivers • Contribute with insights to build business/commercial scenarios including financial impacts. • Identify trends and patterns to maximize channels ROI, based on data (e.g. ensure optimizing channel mixes) • Contribute to Business Development activities where required • Bridge between commercial & strategy and controlling supporting the forecast cycles and financial agendas. Who we’re looking for • College/University degree. Preferred majors: Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering • 5-7 years’ experience in financial planning roles in FMCG, CPG companies • Experience in commercial finance, finance modelling, project management • Desirable knowledge of one the following: Python, Power BI • Basic SAP knowledge • English and Portuguese full working proficiency What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
