Philip Morris International’s Corporate Treasury Accounting & Controlling team is expanding its scope and looking for a versatile and mature finance manager to strengthen its team. This Global Center of Expertise in PMI Finance function controls the transactions and financial statements of PMI’s in-house finance company and corporate holding companies. You will ensure high quality financial information to internal and external stakeholders and best-in-class operational and financial reporting controls over PMI’s cash and fx management strategies, financial flows and positions. You will work in an international environment with high diversity of currencies and financial instruments. You will be provided with an accelerated learning environment and exposure to the various aspects of the team’s responsibilities before finding your permanent role. As a Manager you will have a tangible impact on processes and act as advisor to management on accounting, controlling and risk management activities. JOIN US! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • A university graduate with degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent • Professional qualifications (CFA/CTA/PRM/FRM/ACCA/CIMA) will be a plus • With a minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in Finance, preferably in audit assurance of financial services industry, financial controlling and reporting in a multinational environment, corporate finance, risk management or treasury area • Working knowledge of accounting standards (preferably US GAAP), and eager to develop your know-how in the complex accounting and financial reporting area related to financial instruments, especially derivatives • Quantitative and analytical mind • An ambitious person with excellent communication skills, high learning agility and proven leadership • Controls oriented mindset • Team management skills • Fluent English speaker • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ERP / accounting systems (SAP), Treasury Management Systems (Quantum) or finance terminals (Bloomberg) WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Company car or car allowance • Subsidized meals (Sodexo card) • Cafeteria Program with Multisport card • Hybrid work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education, and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Responsible for accounting, reporting and controlling financial instruments of multi-billion portfolio for corporate holding companies of PMI, including financial instruments and derivatives • Interacts daily with Corporate Treasury and Corporate Accounting function • Is responsible for the accounting and reporting of PMI’s in-house bank • Prepares financial statements of corporate holding companies • Supports Finance function Management with analytics, insights and internal reporting • Tracks evolution of accounting standards • Supports internal controls environment Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
