WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • 3+ years of experience in Commercial and/or Commercial Business Intelligence area (with good understanding of business and B2B systems) • Strong Analytical skills to provide detailed and valuable business analysis insights • Good knowledge of Data Analytics tools such as PowerBI (ideally) or Tableau. • Deep understanding of omni-channel digital solutions & customer journeys • Knowledge of SalesForce.com is an advantage • Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables and macros) and good knowledge in SQL and database management is an advantage • a university degree (preferably in Business Administration or Information Technology) • fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills (speaking, writing, presenting) • good problem-solving skills, ability to deal with ambiguity, ability to take initiative and work with remote teams.
