(PURPOSE) - Leads in the development of the assigned Channel for PMTaiwan to be in a sustainable, competitive advantage versus competition by developing competitive and strategic programs which are effective and efficient to support the achievement of planned market and brand related sales targets. - Provides leadership in developing strategies for the category in all assigned channels. - Develops and trains team members to be high level KAs YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ - Develop and implement accounts' strategy, ensuring the correct resources allocation among accounts and guaranteeing best assortment and optimum inventory level in order to satisfy consumer needs, attend customer and PMTaiwan business objectives. - Develop activities calendar, conducting the negotiation process with accounts, following PM compliance guidelines. - Identify and negotiate the best sell out / pricing strategy with clients in order to increase PMTaiwan's numerical distribution of each SKU considering different geographies, brands and focus. Align the pricing strategy by region/sub-region/store with cross-function colleagues in order to contribute to PMTaiwan and avoid overlapping with different channels coverage. - Manage accounts' budget and all financial resources, validating all needed steps, as well as all demands and pricing budget. - Conduct business reviews, highlighting market shifts, trends and opportunities. - Developing employee skills and performance through training and coaching - Providing feedback on an employee’s performance, helping to develop an employee’s skills where needed, and addressing performance problems (WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR) - 8 years above key account management experience. - FMCG, pharma and medical device industry experience will be preferred - Proactive mind and good numerical sense will be essential - Good communication and interpersonal skills with particular emphasis on presentation and negotiation techniques - Good in both written and spoken English & Chinese
