The Commercial Specialist will be responsible for leading commercial planning efforts for our smoke free product line. You will be responsible for translating plans developed by Consumer Experience and Marketing & Digital teams into a channel-specific deployment strategy. In this position, you will monitor team’s performance, KPIs coverage, and effective implementation of consumer experience programs, recommending initiatives that enhance commercial performance and consumer NPS (net promotor score). Your ‘day to day’: • Develop the commercial deployment plan for the team (including forecasting, activation planning, and productivity management). • Measure, track and ensure commercial performance of the channel. • Support the head of the channel in assessing business performance through data analysis, validation, and reporting. • Deploy content, campaigns, programs, initiatives, and projects across geographies. • Participate in cross-functional governance teams (Consumer programs/Marketing & Digital) and provide input and recommendations to business plans as channel expert. • Project management, following up project progress (milestones, KPIs, financials, systems, materials, and toolboxes) with the project team with the defined cadence and suggesting course correction if needed. Support the project Head during the governance process. • Supports the preparation of materials for governance meetings, including project closing / learnings sharing sessions. • Lead, train and motivate the team to meet set KPIs. Who we’re looking for: • 4+ years of experience in project management (forecasting, KPIs, reporting, etc.). • Trade marketing experience • Experience in planning processes, sales, commercial planning, field sales force, with exposure to a multinational environment. • Experience in managing relationship with multiple stakeholders. • Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to interact well with both internal and external parties. • Experience analyzing data and putting consumer insights into action. • Experience in the FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) industry • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Legally authorized to work in the US.
