Join us in our Data intelligence team in order to explore, create and discover the information hidden in vast amounts of data, and help the internal customers to make smarter decisions in order to deliver even better programs and processes. Utilize analytical, statistical, and programming skills to collect, analyse, and interpret large data sets. Lead data science projects from end to end by collecting large amounts of data and transforming it into a more usable/vocal format. Enable data-driven decision-making by creating custom models or prototypes from trends or patterns discerned and underscoring implications. Passion to discover solutions hidden in large data sets and to work with stakeholders to improve business outcomes. Specific responsibilities include: • Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytical systems. Developing data pipeline for processing, extracting, and transforming various types of data to be consumed by different types of users, including machine learning engineers, data analysts, and product developers. • Data mining or extracting usable data from valuable data sources, carrying out preprocessing of structured and unstructured data, enhancing data collection procedures to include all relevant information for developing analytic systems. • Processing, cleansing, and validating the integrity of data to be used for analysis using state-of-the-art methods. • Looking for order and patterns in data, as well as spotting trends that can help a business’s bottom line. Propose solutions and strategies to tackle business challenges. • Implement predictive models based on business-driven algorithms as well as machine learning procedures to understand, master and document data correlations and impacts. • Create meaningful data visualizations that communicate the findings and present them in a clear manner to create business impact. • Research in academic and entrepreneurial environment to stay on top of analytical techniques such as [but not limited to] machine learning, deep learning, and text analytics. • Staying updated with NLP and big language model developments, implementing fresh techniques and procedures to enhance the models. • Support to structure statistical data analytics in order to evaluate the real improvement of the modifications performed in the process, asses the reliability and feasibility of new programs/processes, identify process and product data correlations. • Educate and train others on data science related matters Who we’re looking for: • Graduation in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field. • 2-3 years experiences in data science, computer science or CRM Analytics role. • Analytical, Highly numeric and system based approach • Programming skills, knowledge of statistical programming languages (R, Python, Pyspark) • Proficiency in statistic (regressions, distributions, maximum likelihood estimators, etc.) • Strong math skills (multivariable calculus and linear algebra) for predictive performance or algorithm optimization. • English proficiency What’s ‘nice to have’: • Relevant experience in FMCG, or pharma industry • Prior experience in developing products that build rich user experience with ML/AI • Agility to work in a complex and fluid environment with tight deadlines • Great communication skills • Ability to work under pressure • Team player, positive attitude and willingness to share competencies • Entrepreneurship and attention to details What we offer: Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
