THE ROLE The Brand Experience team is responsible for creating and maintaining the customer experience with the IQOS brand. The AMM will work closely with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure that every touchpoint between consumer and IQOS is positive, memorable, and consistent with the brand's identity across physical and digital touchpoints. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. • Leads the development of end-to-end brand experience & thematic comms strategy associated with it. Develops the campaign & omni channel deployment plan ensuring consistency in great experiences and conveying strength in their purpose and values. • Successfully deliver brand and partner initiatives such as: large and small-scale events, consumer giveaways, creative brand promotions, asset production/fabrication, and more. Execution of all these activities and improving overall consumer-touchpoints. • Responsible for the meticulous planning and delivery of a range of extraordinarily high end and be-spoke events & experiences. Drive the execution in partnership with internal and external support where needed. Ensure brand experience performance is tracked and know if it needs to improve and where. • You will be asked to develop or oversee development of: Event plan and execution, Key Visuals, Banners, Video, Email & Line content, lottery mechanics. • Manage creative agencies & budget. Analysis campaign performance and report this on a needs basis. Ensure full project team alignment & coordination (CPG, Digital, IT, MRCI, CO), Timeline management, Project team and MT updates where necessary. • 'Risk Management & content compliance to brand & legal requirements. Monitor content effectiveness, consumer F/B, performance tracking, analysis & reporting, cost management (Agency/Suppliers) QUALIFICATIONS • Seasoned professional with 5+ year experience in driving tangible brand results for a large FMCG brand. • Experience in brand/event planning and execution in consumer goods industries or in agencies/consulting firms servicing consumer goods businesses. • Experience working in a matrix-style organization (Digital, CX, Commercial Operations, Comms, Brand, Portfolio) • Proven organizational skills with ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment, often with changing priorities and goals. • Professional, positive, and enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills and support for broader company goals. • Fluent (written and spoken) English and Japanese Skills for success: • Creativity: must be creative, be able to maintain brand integrity, have worked on experience/live design and have attention to detail. • Communication Skills: strong, articulate communication skills to interact at all levels to ensure everyone is on the same page in maintaining brand integrity and experience design excellence. • Leadership Skills: must have strong leadership qualities, motivate cross-functionally and be receptive other department inputs. • Analytical Mind-Set: Comfortable analyzing data, identify opportunities, and understand consumer behavior. • Time Management: Collaborating with teams and delegating tasks to ensure goals are accomplished in the set timelines. • Tech Savvy: must be tech-savvy with the expertise to harness digital marketing tools to propel brand resonance. • Handle Pressure: handle pressure well, adapt and make adjustments, and respond appropriately to the situation. • Problem-Solving Skills: capable of assessing the situation and devising effective solutions can prevent the project from derailing. • Customer-Centric Approach: to help build positive public brand perception. Use skills to conceptualize campaigns that cater to customers’ needs and expectations.
