The Challenge This role is dedicated to the consumer journey on the stage of Acquisition, which is fully committed to acquiring new legal age smokers for the Heat Not Burn category (IQOS). As Acquisition intern, you will be responsible to support the Acquisition team in crafting this consumer journey stage and its seamless deployment across the commercial area. You will help us to: • Support the deployment and follow-up of consumer programs and sub-activities in accordance with the mission, the Short/Long term goals of the organization and the consumer journey; • Analyze program status throughout its life cycle (KPIs, ROI, others) and support on developing the respective reporting on program performance; • Liaise with different internal partners with the purpose of collecting feedback and presenting insights; • Be part of the development of roadmaps and operating plans, including the vital requirements from the stakeholders to expand Consumer Experience within multiple touchpoints (omni-channel) along the consumer journey; • Continuously support in supervising program performance throughout the project lifecycle and identify areas for improvement, to optimize products and services process and consumer experience across the relevant acquisition stages of the Consumer Journey. Who we're looking for: • Completed Bachelor Degree; • Curiosity about Consumer knowledge, Insights & Analytics; • Business acumen, data analytics and critical mindset (good use of Excel); • Good communication skills, including both Portuguese and English; • Adaptability & flexibility; • Proactive and easy to connect with different stakeholders; • Eager to learn and build knowledge.
