PMI launched the “Inclusive Future” initiative to strengthen its commitment to equality.
“Inclusive Future” explores best practices and established thought leadership to advance the discourse surrounding inclusivity in business and civil society.
These insights will enable PMI to devise effective and timely ways to promote inclusive cultures within the company.
The Valuable 500
Launched by social entrepreneur and activist Caroline Casey at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in January 2019, The Valuable 500 aims to put disability on the global business leadership agenda.
Our former CEO and Executive Chairman, André Calantzopoulos, signed up to The Valuable 500 to focus PMI’s attention and accelerate our action to advancing disability inclusion across our global workforce.
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Our global ERGs are employee-led groups focused on a particular diversity dimension. They are intended to foster a culture of inclusion and belonging by providing opportunities for connection, communication, inspiration and education.
Each global ERG is led by a committee of volunteers and sponsored by a member of the SMT. All ERGs are inclusive and open to participation by all employees.
