NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep. 11, 2019-- Regulatory News:

The Board of Directors of Philip Morris International Inc. (NYSE: PM) today increased the company’s regular quarterly dividend by 2.6% to an annualized rate of $4.68 per share.

The new quarterly dividend of $1.17 per share, up from $1.14 per share, is payable on October 11, 2019, to shareholders of record as of September 25, 2019. The ex-dividend date is September 24, 2019.
