We are proud to be an award-winning employer and a good corporate citizen.
The Top Employer certification program is designed to recognize the best employers around the world. Having been certified in Europe for six years, the Middle East for and Africa for three, and for the first time in North and Latin America, we're now delighted to be awarded as Global Top Employer for the second time in a row. We were also certified for the first time in Asia with our Indonesian affiliate.
The award involves rigorous assessment of our HR practices - from the way we recruit to the development opportunities that we offer our people. We are a Global Top Employer precisely because we strive to create a challenging and rewarding environment, where our people can #Unlimit themselves and develop their skills across teams, business areas and geographies.
Our affiliates were also recognized as leading employers in 45 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, North America, Latin America and Asia: Algeria, Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Lithuania, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands, Nigeria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Senegal, Serbia, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey, UAE, the United Kingdom, and Ukraine.
Kununu is the original employer review platform committed to providing the transparency in the workplace everyone deserves. Only six percent of companies assessed on Kununu External reference qualify for their Top Company seal. We are one of them. Kununu's Open Company award is even more exclusive, with only one percent awarded the honor. We're proud to say we've achieved that, too.
