Investor Day, which will be held at its Operations Center in Lausanne,

The presentations and Q&A sessions will be webcast live both days in a
listen-only mode beginning on Thursday, June 21, 2012, at approximately
9:00 a.m. and concluding at approximately 5:00 p.m. that day. The
webcast will resume on June 22, 2012, at approximately 8:40 a.m. and
conclude at approximately 11:45 a.m. Times are local Swiss.
